He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Vernon Williams, Sr. and Eva Mae Allman Williams; and his siblings, Rita Louise Williams Persinger and Robert V Williams, Jr. (Jeanelle). He is survived by: his wife Mary Knapp Williams; and his son John Franklin Williams (Heather Amory Williams) of Winfield, WV. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and a great-grandson.
Terry's last act of human kindness was to donate his body to medical science.
