He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Jacob and Helen Jean Cole Luoma. He is survived by: his daughter AmberKay Klingensmith (David) of French Creek, WV; his brother Paul Eugene Luoma (Rhea) of Fowler, OH.; his stepgrandchildren, Dave Klingensmith (Angela), Sheri Evans (Mike) and Christina Klingensmith; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Avery Ross, Madalyn, Emma Klingensmith, Samuel, Caleb and Merrick Evans; his nephews, Roger Luoma (Luz Beltrain), Mark Luoma (Catherine) and Brian Luoma (Cori); and his close friend Wanda Stephenson. He is also survived by three great-nephews and a great niece.
