With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet W. Wells of Friendly, West Virginia, born in Middlebourne, West Virginia, who passed away on December 15, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Waters and Lena Waters; her former life partner Marvin "Buck" Wells; her husband Donald Chambers; and her siblings, Mildred Carroll, Eloise Bailey, Rugene Kuehne, Imogene Kuehne and Jerry Waters.

She is survived by : her children, Darlene Morgan (Allen) of Friendly, WV and Dr. Marvin L. Wells; her grandsons, Jason A. Morgan (Skyler) and Zachary T. Morgan (Kali); her great grandchildren, Bransen and Bristol Morgan; and her close friend Susan Whitlock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
