She was predeceased by : her parents, Jacob Markley and Carrie Monroe Markley; her former life partner Marion Fluharty; her husband Robert Shreves; her siblings, George, Dolores, Ruby, Edith, Cleone and Yvonne; her son Marvin Shreves; and her granddaughter Samantha Shreves.

She is survived by : her children, Robert Shreves (Shelly) of New Martinsville, WV, Darrin Shreves of Friendly, WV and Sherry Dawson (Jeff) of Friendly, WV; and her sisters, Ione Clark, Barb Shreves and Sharon LeMasters. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
