He was predeceased by: his father David L. Henry; and his uncle Jeff W. Henry. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Henry; his siblings, Travis Henry and Alicia Phillips (Lee); his siblings' children, Tommy, Shawn Cochran and Cierra McNeely; and his aunts, Sandi Dabney and Donna Fisher.
