(Amy) of Ohio; her grandchildren, Katelyn Mills (Kael) and Jarrett Hardway of Ohio; and her siblings, Mary Hardway (Fred) of Spencer, Roger Smith (Carol), Ron Smith (Jeanette), Don Smith (Sharon) and Dan Smith of Spencer.
