He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin J. Hostetler and Viola Hostetler (Miller); and his siblings, Mahlon Hostetler, Dan Hostetler, Benjamin Hostetler Jr., John Hostetler, Ervin and Susan Hostetler.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Hostetler; his siblings, Sylvia Bontrager, Maryann Hostetler, Rudy Hostetler (Martha), Emma Raber and Monroe Hostetler (Ronda); and his children, Scott Duncan (Amy), Heather Chiccarino, David Annecy (Jason), Erin Holdsworth, Kristen Holdsworth (Doug), Julie Miller (Mike), Jonathan Neer (Courtney) and Jason Neer (May). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
