He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard C. Halstead and Lottie C. Smith Halstead. He is survived by: his wife Regina Carol Halstead; his brother Lloyd Halstead (Cheryl); and his nieces and nephews, Kim, Karla, David, Kathy, Randy, Dallus, Danny, Darus, Charlene, Stacy, Tracy, Angie, Douglas, Shelia, James Wesley, James Shannon, Dana, Misty, Jason and Holly. He is also survived by his wife, the love of his life.
