With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Tinney (Gassaway, West Virginia), born in Sutton, West Virginia, who passed away on October 28, 2022 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert Lee Tinney to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Creed W. Tinney; and his wife Sharon Lou Robinson Tinney. He is survived by : his children, Shannon Tinney (Wendy) of Fairmont, WV, Chad Tinney (Lori Phillips) of Sutton, Laura Tinney of Maidsville, WV and Lori Toothman (Dean) of Barrackville, WV; and his siblings, Creed Farrell Tinney of Wadsworth, OH and Janet Carol Cottrill of Elgin, OK. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Sutton Volunteer Fire Department, 403 Main Street, Sutton, WV 26601.
