She is survived by: her husband Edward Ray "Ted" Carr; her mother Gladys Payne Sandy of Little Birch; her sister Margaret Ann Harper (Randy) of Little Birch; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Joe Carr (Libby) of Gassaway and Tom Carr (Rachel) of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
