He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie O. Preast and Chessie Blankenship Preast. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda of Gauley Bridge, Stanley Preast (Nadine), Otis of Gauley Bridge and Robert (Gail). He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
