He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Taylor and Louise Taylor; and his brother Howard Earl Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Twila Faye Taylor; his daughters, Lora (Rock) of Oak Hill, Krissy (Mike) of Derry, NH and Julie of Gauley Bridge; his brothers, David Taylor (Lisa) of Cool Ridge and Harold Taylor of Princeton; his grandchildren, Kayla Treadway (Jason) of Beckwith, Davin Childers (Vayda) of Beckwith and Baylee Rogers of Oak Hill; and his great grandchildren, Janessa, Ryleigh, McKinlee, Easton and Xander.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Jodie Baptist Church (494 Jodie Rd, Swiss, WV 26690). A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Jodie Missionary Baptist Church (494 Jodie Rd, Swiss, WV 26690).
