He was predeceased by: his parents, James Curtis and Lillian Yates Rowe; his son Fields; and his brother James Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Holland Rowe of Genoa; his children, Rebecca Pennington (George) of Genoa, Jessica Woods (Ron) of Genoa and Chucky Rowe of Genoa; his siblings, Maxine Riffle of Vienna, WV, Ellen Merritt of East Lynn, WV, Shirley Thompson of Lavalette, WV, Letha Stewart of East Lynn, WV and Roger Rowe (Kim) of Dunlow, WV; his grandchildren, Jacob Finley, Alexus Finley, Tyler Stamper, Chanity Rowe, Charleigh Woods and Lilly Fields; and his close friends, Chris and Samantha Ferguson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home Chapel (79 Bridge St, Wayne, WV 25570). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
