He is survived by: his wife Tammy Holland Rowe of Genoa; his children, Rebecca Pennington (George) of Genoa, Jessica Woods (Ron) of Genoa and Chucky Rowe of Genoa; his siblings, Maxine Riffle of Vienna, WV, Ellen Merritt of East Lynn, WV, Shirley Thompson of Lavalette, WV, Letha Stewart of East Lynn, WV and Roger Rowe (Kim) of Dunlow, WV; his grandchildren, Jacob Finley, Alexus Finley, Tyler Stamper, Chanity Rowe, Charleigh Woods and Lilly Fields; and his close friends, Chris and Samantha Ferguson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
