She was predeceased by : her parents, Albert Cyrus and Mae Adkins Cyrus. She is survived by : her siblings, June Fortner, Annie May and Bill Selbee; her husband Vester Patrick Napier; her daughters, Tammie Counts (Ray) of Milton, WV and Lisa Napier Riggs (Scott) of Genoa, WV; her grandchildren, Kasey Napier (Michael) and Marissa Hayslette (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Kennedy and Addilyn; and her sister-in-law Deloris Napier (French).
