She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lewis and Mary Lou Rank Lewis. She is survived by: her husband Dennis; her daughters, Missy McCollum (Nate) and Angie Anderson; her sister Gail Perrigo; her grandsons, Teigen and Rourke; and her sibling's children, Amanda and Christopher. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Leo Catholic Church (2109 Sulphur Springs Rd, Inwood, WV 25428).
