He is survived by: his wife Pamela Lester (Blankenship); his daughter Savanna Lynn Cunningham (Brandon); his grandchildren, Nataya, Makaya Bare, Izzy and Kayden Cunningham; his siblings, Dougie Lester (Misty) of Hanover, WV, Tabatha Lester Lawrence Sammons (Mark Cline) of Hanover, WV, Anetta Cline (Lloyd) of Simon, WV, Leonard Blankenship of Simon, WV, Greta Harper (Bernie) of Simon, WV, Chris Blankenship of Baileysville, WV, Treasa Bradford of Sprattsville, WV and Lisa Mullins (Benny) of Brenton, WV.; and his close friends, Mike Heineman, Brian Toler, Clark Hatfield, Petey Lester, Rick Walker and Mark Cline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
