He was predeceased by : his parents, Tracy Wiley and Elsie Wiley (Roy); and his siblings, Joe, David, Charles Wiley, Alice Hatfield, Louise Wiley and Wanda Blankenship.
He is survived by : his siblings, Carless Wiley (Barbara) of Baisden, WV., Deloris Browning of Hanover, WV, Mary May of Gilbert, WV and Leslie West of Ocala, FL.; and his close friend Lowell Smith (Sherry) of Browning Fork. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, friends, and family.
