He is survived by: his wife Carol Altizer (Riggs) of Ormond Beach; his daughters, Kristen Hannah (Todd) of New Smyrna Beach and Elizabeth Jewell of Ormond Beach, Florida.; his friends, Joe and Kathy Bowen; Paul Riggs of Lester, WV, Butch and Don Don Browning.
