She is survived by: her children, Rolland Fields of Gilbert, WV and Reva Smith (Byron) of Gilbert, WV.; her grandchildren, Chad Fields of Fowlerville, MI, Erik Fields of Grand Rapids, MI, Dalline Adkins (Chad) of Huntington, Paul Fields (Shawna) of Salt Rock, WV, Ryan Fields of Morgantown, WV and Kyle Smith of Huntington, WV.; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Ryan Fields of Bath, MI, Brody and Brynna Fields of Salt Rock, WV.; and her uncle Joe Blankenship (Geraldine) of Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
