With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Phipps Burgess of Gilbert, West Virginia, who passed away on September 16, 2023 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Lowell Phipps; her stepfather Robert B. Conner; and her grandparents, Lonnie, Iva Cline, Orville and Gracie Phipps.
She is survived by : her mother Ann Cline Conner of Morgantown; her husband Bruce; her son Blake (Siera); her grandchildren, Brooks and Myla of Birmingham; her great grandchild Megan of Morgantown; her stepdaughters, Stephanie (Robby) of Mobile and Beverly of Bell Buckle, Tennessee.; and also, Martha and Freddie Harless. She is also survived by her family, friends.
