He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Carter and Maudie Carter (Patrick); and his brothers, Willard and Lannie Carter. He is survived by : his brothers, Harold Carter of Hillsboro, OH, Earl Carter of High Point, NC, Carlos Carter of Trinity, NC and Glen Carter of Hillsboro, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
