He was predeceased by : his parents, Sidney Hatfield and Tilda Hatfield (Hatfield); his children, Jeffrey Hatfield and Glenetta Owens; and his siblings, Laura Hatfield, Louise Farris, Frank, Johnny Lee and Bruce Emory Hatfield.
He is survived by : his girlfriend Greta Owens of Gilbert, WV; his children, Robin Owens (Jason Dickerson) of Lorado, WV and David Owens (Dana) of Baisden, WV; his grandsons, Daniel Owens of Winfield, WV and Jerome Owens (Chelsea) of Ripley, WV; his great grandchild Dawson Owens of Ripley, WV; his granddaughters, Taylor Owens of Baisden, WV, Maranda Weatherford of St. Albans, WV and Heather Akers of Hanover, WV; his great grandchild Ella Davis of Ripley, WV; his brother Emmett Hatfield of Princeton, WV; and his caregivers, Betty Colangelo and Patsy Lynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and numerous cousins and friends.
