It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul David Hatfield of Gilbert, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on July 17, 2022, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Hatfield and Laura Hatfield (Carter); his siblings, Elmer Hatfield (Enos), Bill Hatfield, Martha "Tikky" Bryant, Ivy Christian, Exie Carter and Virgie Ferguson; and his grandson Christopher Chafin.

He is survived by : his wife Lorrie Hatfield of Gilbert, WV; his children, Angel Ruggles (William) of Staunton Virginia and Shania Hatfield (Lucas) of Logan, WV; his grandchildren, Cierra Crawford, Danny White and Jaslyn Mosley; and his close friends, Gary Wayne and Jeffery "Deek" Carter.
