He is survived by: his children, Terry Ray Carter, Jr. (Gena) of Gilbert, WV and Rebecca Hatfield of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Mandy Hatfield (Arturo) of Morgantown, WV, Kaitlyn D. Carter of Charleston, WV, Christopher B. Carter (Catherine) of Charleston, WV and Jeffrey Hatfield (Cheryl) of Charleston, WV; his great grandchildren, Sutton Blake Carter of Charleston, WV, Leia Manantan of Morgantown, WV, Briggs Dean Carter of Charleston, WV, Mateo of Morgantown, WV and Keanu Manantan of Morgantown, WV; and his sister Catherine Carter of North Carolina. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
