He is survived by: his children, Douglas Surber (Pamela), Deborah Hatfield (Kennith) of Gilbert and Deena Surber of Gilbert; his grandchildren, Jerome Lester (Carri Jo) of Gilbert, Kenny Hatfield (Jessica) of Kenova, Lindsay Cline (Scott) of Varney and Kyle Surber of Gilbert; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Owen Lester, Darcie, Elliott, Anson Hatfield and Nora Cline; and his sisters, Hazel Hunt of Gilbert, Betty Ballance of Chesapeake, VA and Ann Surber of Virginia Beach, VA..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mounts Funeral Home Chapel Mounts Funeral Home (253 4th Ave, Gilbert, WV 25621). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
