She was predeceased by: her parents, Quince Dillon and Nancy Tyree Dillon; her husband Quincy Clay; her son Leonard Clay; and her siblings, Mildred Maynor, Margie Williams, Velma Shumate and Harold Dillon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Clay Gentry (David) of Beckley and Lori M. Knight of Glen Daniel; her grandchildren, Leonard Clay, II (Katherine) of Palm Coast, FL, Angela Clay of Beckley and Leah-Ann Schmid (Robert, III) of White Oak; her great grandchildren, Aaron Clay (Erica), Lacie Clay, Robert Schmid IV, Caleb Schmid and Abigail Schmid; her great great grandchild Aiden Clay; her nieces, Dr. Nancy Shumate Barton (James), Joyce Sweeney, Brenda Anderson, Judy Bailey (Keith) and Margaret Tolliver (Curt); and her caregivers, Patty, Mary, Rosetta of Jennifer, B. J. and Crystal.
