She was predeceased by: her father Charles Edward; and her siblings, Chuck Blake, Janet Freshwater and Carolyn Freshwater. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Blake II (Anna) of St. Albans, WV and Dillon Blake (Allison) of Proctor, WV; her siblings, Shirley Jones (Melvin) of McMechen, WV and Michael Blake (Rusty) of Newark, OH; her former husband Paul "Rick" Blake; her siblings-in-law, Connie Blake and Kevin Freshwater; and her pet Ellie Mae. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; many close friends.
