He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Chambers; his siblings, Terry Lynn Parsons, David McFadden and Johnny McFadden; and his brother-in-law Jerry Parsons.
He is survived by: his mother Karol Sampson Chambers McFadden of Glen Dale, W. V.; his children, Jennifer Chambers of Cameron, W. V. and Jeremiah Chambers of Glen Easton, W. V.; his sisters, Laura Lee Wiseman (Doug) of Cameron, W. V. and Rhea Blake (Jeff) of Glen Dale, W. V.; his grandchildren, Wyatt Chambers, Audrey Chambers, Tye Mason and Maddie Cumpston; Mike Chambers (Sandy) of Charleston, W. V.. He is also survived by nieces & nephews and cousins.
