She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hall and Doris Hall; her husband Paul Clutter; her sisters, Donna Reynolds and Mary Wright; and her sister-in-law Elizabeth Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Alicia Lyons (Justin), Tia Wright (Eric) and Pauletta Shabdue (Jayson); her stepsons, Bill and Paul Clutter; her sisters, Cathy Tedrow, Nancy Doty, Judy Courtright (Terry), Tina Williamson (Dale) and Carla Hall; her siblings-in-law, Virginia Richmond (Cecil), Mary Doty, Marsha Hay and Raymond Anderson; her grandchildren, Bailey Hoge (Hayden), Colton Lyons (Annie), Janelle Addyson, Sawyer Shabdue, Ryley Wright, Paul Blake (Angela) and Kimberly Rhodes; and her great grandchildren, Hudson Hoge and Skylar Rhodes.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Altmeyer Funeral Home - Lutes & Kirby-Vance Chapel (118 Grant Ave, Moundsville, WV 26041). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fork Ridge Christian Church Cemetery (8681 Fork Ridge Rd, Glen Easton, WV 26039).
