She is survived by: her husband Dallas "Duke" Thomas; her children, Donnie Lee Adkins (Marlena) of Wheeling, Jon Thomas of Glen Morgan and Jeremy Thomas of Dry Creek; her grandchildren, Henry Thomas, Hailey McGuire, Riley Adkins and Maxim Hughes; her sister Dorothy Payne of Kearneysville; and her niece Donna Wilt of Kearneysville.
