She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Jr. Belknap and Goldie Belknap (Rogers); her husbands, Hayward Conrad and Robert Conrad; her grandchildren, Cody Conrad, Neil Jason Pulice and Stephanie Jedamski; and her siblings, Bill, Bob, Edwin Belknap and Mildred Goldsmith.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Conrad (Sabine) of Morgantown, WV, Bobby Conrad (Arnetta) of Weston, WV and Roberta Hanel (Paul) of Glenville; and her grandchildren, Carissa Pulice, Michelle Beckman (Jared) and Christopher Conrad (Katie). She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousin, and many other wonderful family and friends.
