It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Doris Ann Williams (Glenville, West Virginia), who passed away on June 24, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clay Francis and Esther Francis (Bell); her sons, Barry and Eric Williams; her granddaughter Jamie Lee Starkey; her sister Nila Smith; and her former husband James Franklin Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Duncan of Charleston, WV, Leslie Reedy (Jarrett) and Douglas "Chester" Collins of Morgantown, WV; and her grandchildren, Stacey Barton (Jason), Logan Whaley (Amanda), Jason Thompson (Shawnie), Amber Williams, Erica Williams and Nick Williams. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ellyson Mortuary, Inc. (2 Vanhorn Dr, Glenville, WV 26351). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family requests your choice of flowers or a donation be made to the First Baptist Church, Cancer Fund, 217 E. Main Street, Glenville WV; 26351 in honor of Doris.
