He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jenkins and Betty Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Eda "Cookie" Jenkins; his son David Lee Jenkins; his granddaughter Brittany Jenkins; and his sisters, Carol Blankenship and Alice Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many friends.
