He was predeceased by: his parents, Maude Schaffer (Floyd) and Otho Meadows; his wife Connie Meadows; his grandson Shane Meadows; and his siblings, Wayne Meadows and Eva Plumley.
He is survived by: his son Richard Meadows Jr. (April); his grandchildren, Richard Meadows (Tiara), Savannah Meadows, Izabella Starkey, Alexander, Camden, Ellison and Hudson Meadows; and his siblings, Melvin Kinniard, Ronald Kinniard, Charlie Meadows (Lucy), Barbara Wallace (Curt), Connie Nibert and Sadie Waugh.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Guyan Creek Cemetery.
