We are sad to announce that on April 1, 2024, at the age of 91, Betty Lee Shaffer of Grafton, West Virginia, born in Flemington, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Archie Glen and Evelyn Thompson Lipscomb; and her husband Arnold Howard Shaffer. She is survived by : her children, Arnold H. Shaffer Jr. (Phyllis), Glen F. Shaffer and Jeanie Swiger (Chuck); and her grandchildren, Brian Shaffer, Arnold H. Shaffer Ill, Christopher Shaffer, Chuck Swiger, Misty Swiger and Arnold Swiger.
