He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wallace and Genevie Bernice Griffith Moran. He is survived by: his wife Doris Turner Moran; his son Jeffrey Alan Moran (Rhonda); his stepdaughter Melanie Wayt (Chris); his grandchildren, Ethan Moran, Shane Moran, Rachel Wayt and Sam Wayt; and his siblings, Joseph Moran and Charlotte McCartney. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
