Charlotte Duckworth Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Duckworth of Grafton, West Virginia, who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette Earl and Densie Virginia Smallwood Peters; her son Dennis Keith Duckworth; and her sisters, Loretta Shingleton, Delores Coy, Freda Peters and Norma Morrison.
She is survived by: her children, Sherri Sibley, Christine Ward (Jody), Greg Duckworth (Rhonda), Brian Duckworth (Tina), Wendy Adams (Mike) and Traci White (Steve); and her caregivers, Dr David Bender and Tom Stevens. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and great great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
