It is with sadness that the passing of David Barney of Grafton, West Virginia is shared. David, born on July 12, 1941, passed away on October 11, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jule Barney and Maxine McIntosh Barney. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lee Knotts Barney; his son Jason Daniel Barney (Sherri Schultz); his brother Donnis Barney (Judy); his nieces, Crystal Forester (Kelly) and Jennifer Forbes (Jerry); his great-nephew Brandon; his great-nieces, Summer, Sarabeth and J. W.; and his pet Bella.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
