He was predeceased by : his grandfather Floyd Junior Haddix. He is survived by : his daughter Hadley Brooke Haddix; his siblings, Mackenzie Haddix, Ricky McGinnis (Kae) and Austin Haddix (Alex Collins); his girlfriend Samantha Norman; his girlfriend's child Laken Dillon; and his grandparents, Lucinda Haddix, Patty Moyer, Gary Smith, Lec, Kim Flesher, John and Joy Deavers. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
