With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Janet Dickey of Grafton, West Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Withers and Helen Knotts Withers; her husband Charles Dickey; and her granddaughter Taylor Dickey. She is survived by: her children, Mike, Linda, Greg, Mark, Randy, Kelly and Jonathan. She is also survived by spouses, 13 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
