She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Kepler and Marie Shillingburg Brown; her children, Joseph Thomas Hodges III (Patti), Jeffrey Reed Hodges (Michelle), Jennifer Flesher (Larry), Jill Sturm (Tom) and Shella Gilbert (Lewis); her stepchildren, Kim Dickey, Patti Paige, Cindy Dean, Judi Parks and Kevin Isner; her siblings, Virginia Petrie, Jean Marie Nigh, Joann Atkinson, Charles Kepler Brown Jr. and Benjamin Hunter Brown; and her stepson Kenny Isner.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
