He is survived by: his significant other Shawne Marie Burke Fox; his children, Jeffrey L. Fox (Nicole) and Mandy Tutwiller; his grandsons, Hudson Fox, Mason Fox and Hunter Hayes; his siblings, James Fox (Diane), John Fox (Bernice), Joe Fox (Jennifer) and Janet Butcher; his nieces and nephews, Lou Ann, Amy, Justin, Jamie and Cody; his great-niece Ashley; and his siblings-in-law, Laura McLain (Stanley) and David Burke.
