She was predeceased by : her parents, Adulphus Lowe and Elizabeth Boyce Lowe; her husband Thomas Paul Peters; her son John Peters; and her granddaughter Trinity Bailey.

She is survived by : her children, Joanie Newlon and Dave Peters; and her grandchildren, Jacob Peters (Cayla), Joseph Peters and Lisa Bailey (Gary). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
