She was predeceased by: her siblings, Tim Simpson and Judy Kelly. She is survived by: her parents, George Simpson and Ruby Dilsworth Simpson; her husband Donald Parks; her children, Tasha Poling (Joe), Sarah Campbell (Michael), Carrie Vanscoy (Edward) and Donald Parks Jr. (Julie); and her siblings, Kathy Wilfong (Bruce) and George "Allen" Simpson (Donna). She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
