Lloyd left this world on September 23, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd L Shriver, Sr. and Lelia Withers Shriver of Grafton, WV.. He is survived by: his wife Anna Jane Kinsey Shriver of Simpson, WV.; his children, Dave Shriver (Maria) and June Griffith (Chad); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Todd (Makenna), Haylee Griffith, Kinsey and Aaron Shriver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Union Baptist Church in Simpson, WV or to the Simpson Cemetery Inc Fund, 2657 Simpson Road, Flemington, WV 26347.
