It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Kerns (Grafton, West Virginia), who passed away on February 16, 2026, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo Streets and Lottie Mitchell Streets; her husband Ronald Lee Kerns; and her grandson Mitchell Kerns. She is survived by: her children, Judy Dawson (Dennis), Karen Rutherford and Randy Kerns (Jill); her grandchildren, Amber Baker (Rick), Brandon Peters (Rachael), D. J. Dawson (Lindsey), Harley Phillips (Gabe) and Dylan Peters; her great grandchildren, Sawyer Baker, Landry Phillips, Ryker Dawson, Quinne Dawson and Letty Phillips; and her sister Georgia Kerns. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
