She was predeceased by : her parents, Wasyl Purkey and Katherine Purkey (Socha). She is survived by : her husband Mack Wayne Rollins; and her children, Mack Wayne Rollins II, Mitchell W. Rollins and Kristy Kay Rollins. She is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
