She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kenneth and Mabel Juanita Jacobs Marquess; her husband Hobert Jackson Jenkins; her daughter-in-law Veronica Jenkins; her grandson George Carroll Jenkins; her stepbrothers, Richard Marquess and William Bruce Marquess; and her sister Alma Jean Marquess.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Jenkins Keener Menear (Allen), Kenneth Jackson (Jack) and Catherine Summers (Cathy); her sisters, Virginia Cochran and Loretta Bailey; her stepsisters, Barbara Johnson, Sharon Kay Fant, Patricia Ford and Eva Sue Guthrie (Mark); her grandchildren, Kelly Keener Westerman (Brian), Steven Keener (Renee), Kristie Stewart (Larry) and Terry Jenkins (Elizabeth); her stepgranddaughter Tiffany Ship; her great grandchildren, Tavia, Justice (Mikayla), Zadok, Anthony (Frances), Alex (Jordyn), Siera (Skylar), Keagan and Parker; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Aiden, Mason, Layne and Raylynn; and her great great grandchildren, Rozalyn and Sawyer. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
