She was predeceased by: her parents, L. G. Roach and Dorothy Virginia Gilmore Roach; and her husband William Clarence Biggins. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Sue Mike, William C. Biggins, Jr. (Regina), Kathleen Rose Jones (Richard), Ernest Randall "Randy" Biggins (Rosie) and Holly Ann Hill; and her grandchildren, Andrew Joshua, David, Kali Beth, Bryce Patrick, Hailey Star, Daniel David, Savannah Lauren and Alyson Presley. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bartlett Funeral Home (202 Mc Graw Ave, Grafton, WV 26354). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 PM at the same location.
She belonged to the Women's Club, B&O Auxiliary, Tygart Lake Foundation, Taylor County Historical Society, and the Photo Club.
