She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley McCartney and Lila Nestor McCartney; her husband Leonard Williams; and her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Duckworth. She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Keys (Jeffrey) and Rhonda Duckworth; her grandchildren, Lauren Royce, Tyler Keys (Mary Ruth) and Ian Duckworth; and her great grandchild Henry Keys. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Knottsville United Methodist Church in Jean's honor.
